
Medtronic reports decade-best revenue growth, boosts dividend and guides strongly for FY27
Medtronic reported Q4 FY26 revenue of $9.807B (up 9.9% YoY; 6.6% organic) and FY26 revenue of $36.364B (up 8.4%; 5.8% organic). GAAP EPS rose to $0.96 in Q4; non-GAAP EPS was $1.55. The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.72 ($2.88 annual), marking the 49th consecutive increase. For FY27, Medtronic guided 6.75%-7.25% organic revenue growth and $5.90-$6.00 in non-GAAP EPS, reflecting the 53rd week, diabetes consolidation, and ongoing M&A activity. It highlighted strength in CRM, CST and Surgical, plus tuck-in deals (CathWorks, Scientia Vascular, SPR Therapeutics) and growth platforms (Affera, Hugo, Stealth AXiS) as momentum builds into 2027.
