Researchers at NYU Langone Health have mapped how pancreatic cancer cells genetically reorganize to resist treatment and evade the immune system. By analyzing nearly 450,000 individual cells, they found that blocking the MYC gene can reverse aggressive tumor states, potentially improving immunotherapy outcomes.
