Autodesk announced a $3.6 billion all-cash deal to acquire MaintainX, creating Autodesk Operations Solutions (AOS) to unify its design, make, and operate workflows. The acquisition aims to connect operations data with the broader lifecycle, enabling faster, more informed decisions and expanding Autodesk’s reach through AI‑driven insights and real‑world asset data. MaintainX expects over $135 million ARR in 2026 with greater than 50% growth. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions and will be funded with cash on hand and debt, with closing anticipated later this fiscal year.
