
Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 5 Unifies AMD/Intel Design, Adds LPCAMM2 RAM and Nvidia GPU Options
Lenovo's ThinkPad P16s Gen 5 16-inch workstation debuts with a unified chassis for AMD and Intel, and AMD models can now pair with dedicated Nvidia GPUs (up to RTX Pro 2000 Blackwell 8 GB VRAM). It introduces LPCAMM2 memory (up to 96 GB) for laptops with AMD CPUs. Features include 16-inch 16:10 options (WUXGA or 2.8K OLED), Wi‑Fi 7, 5G, up to 90 Wh, a 1.75 kg chassis, and a lower-cost, feature-light configuration. Intel variants go on sale in May; AMD variants in June; pricing isn’t announced yet.
