McDonald's taps Skye Anderson to helm U.S. operations
McDonald’s has named Skye Anderson, a 26-year veteran who previously led Global Business Services and most recently served as COO of McDonald’s USA, as president of its U.S. business, succeeding Joe Erlinger (who will advise through early 2027). Anderson previously led the U.S. West Zone, delivering more than 30% same-store-sales growth and about $100,000 higher per-unit cash flow. The company posted a Q2 earnings beat but revenue missed estimates, with U.S. same-store sales up 0.8% and traffic down, as it pushes a growth plan focused on menu innovation, value, and redesigned restaurants.
