Possible Tropical Depression to Form in Atlantic, Experts Say

The National Hurricane Center has predicted that a tropical depression is likely to form in the Atlantic next week. Currently, the weather pattern is a tropical wave south of the Cabo Verde Islands, but there is a 70% chance it will turn into a tropical depression over the next seven days. If it becomes a named storm, it would likely be called Bret. Tropical waves can lead to the formation of tropical depressions, tropical storms, and hurricanes.
