India Successfully Puts Moon Rover to Rest

India's moon rover, Pragyan, has been switched off and put into "Sleep mode" after completing its two-week assignment conducting experiments on the lunar south pole. The rover confirmed the presence of various elements on the moon, including sulphur, iron, and oxygen. India's space agency, ISRO, expressed hope for a successful awakening for future assignments, otherwise, the rover will remain as India's lunar ambassador. India's recent achievement in landing on the moon and reaching the rugged south pole has been hailed as the country's greatest scientific feat.
