Exploring Jezero: ESA's Mission

A fly-through video of Jezero crater, the landing site of NASA's Perseverance rover, has been released by ESA and NASA. The video features new views of the crater and its surroundings from ESA's Mars Express and NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. The Mars Express data come from the spacecraft's High Resolution Stereo Camera, which has mapped over 90% of the planet's surface. The video shows the region of Mars from which samples will soon be returned to Earth as part of the collaborative Mars Sample Return Campaign between ESA and NASA.
