ISS Astronaut Captures Unusual Starlink Satellite Streaks

NASA astronaut Don Pettit captured images of SpaceX Starlink satellites from the International Space Station, describing them as bright white flashes visible only from space. These satellites, part of a growing megaconstellation, have raised concerns among astronomers due to their brightness. SpaceX has attempted to mitigate these concerns by altering the satellites' orientation and coating. Pettit noted that the satellites appear as 'wonky streaks' of light, visible under specific conditions when reflecting sunlight.
