NASA to announce crew for Artemis II moon flyby mission.

NASA and the Canadian Space Agency will announce the four astronauts who will fly around the moon on the Artemis II mission, which is scheduled for 2024. The team will include the first woman and the first person of color to go on a moon mission. The mission will be the first crewed mission aboard NASA's new Orion spacecraft and the first to launch on the agency's new heavy-lift rocket, the Space Launch System. The Artemis program aims to establish a long-term presence on the moon and eventually send a crewed shuttle to Mars.
