NASA's Mars Perseverance rover captured an image of the Martian moon Phobos partially eclipsing the sun using its mast cameras, providing a rare view of the celestial event from the Red Planet. Phobos, known for its irregular shape and impact craters, is gradually moving closer to Mars and may eventually crash into the planet or break up into a ring.
