
Athens couple welcomes baby born from 22-year-old frozen embryo amid family tragedy
In Athens, Cristina Rapti-Tzelepi (54) and her husband Constantinos Raptis (60) welcomed daughter Georgia, who was conceived with an embryo frozen for 22 years, after a race to beat Greece’s 54-year age limit for IVF approvals following the couple’s first son’s death; the family hopes for a healthy, growing family.
