
General Mills recalls 736,000 Pillsbury bread rolls over glass contamination risk
General Mills is recalling about 736,000 Pillsbury frozen bread rolls due to potential glass contamination in two dough products intended for food-service use: Hard Roll Dough (3,080 cases, 180 rolls per case; 2.25 oz per roll) and Kaiser Roll Dough (1,260 cases, 144 rolls per case; 2.5 oz per roll). The recalls, listed as H-1154-2026 and H-1155-2026, affect multiple states and include use-by dates of October 12, 2026 (Hard Roll) and October 13, 2026 (Kaiser). Initiated June 19, the products were distributed to numerous states; food-service operators are advised to check inventory against the specified use-by dates.
