Arizona realtor duct-taped during flight, arrested minutes after landing
A 67-year-old Arizona realtor, Arthur Layne Lundeen, was duct-taped to his seat by fellow passengers after a midflight meltdown on a Texas-to-New Jersey flight, during which he allegedly shouted homophobic slurs and the N‑word at a Black flight attendant. The plane diverted to Baltimore, and Lundeen was arrested within minutes of landing as police removed the duct tape; he was fired from his job and charged with misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct. TMZ released footage showing officers surrounding him as the bound passenger was escorted off the plane.
