"James Webb Space Telescope Discovers Early Cosmic Web Strands"

Using the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), astronomers have discovered a string of 10 threaded galaxies in the early universe, 830 million years after the Big Bang. This is one of the earliest filamentary structures associated with a distant quasar ever found. The observation provides insights into the early formation of the cosmic web and the assembly of black holes.
