This massive tendril, composed of 10 closely packed galaxies, stretches over 3 million light-years and formed when the universe was just 830 million years old. Anchored by a bright quasar with a supermassive black hole at its center, the filament provides insights into how black holes influenced galactic evolution and the formation of the cosmic web.
