NH resident believes fox behind string of mysterious parking-lot wildlife attacks
A New Hampshire man in Lebanon recounts a terrifying encounter with a small gray wild animal that charged him in a parking lot; surveillance footage shows the creature grabbing his bag and biting his foot, prompting him to undergo multiple rabies shots. Officials have not confirmed the animal’s identity, with early reports suggesting a fox or fisher cat, and authorities cautioned residents to avoid wild animals acting aggressively and to seek medical care if bitten. No additional attacks have been reported as investigators continue to search for the animal.
