Dr. Paul William Sokoloski, a 57-year-old ER physician with a long emergency-medicine career, was identified as the Cessna 150 pilot killed when his plane collided with a Pennsylvania State Police helicopter near Carlisle Airport; PSP pilots were injured and the NTSB is investigating. Disturbing footage circulating online shows the private jet striking the tail of the hovering helicopter, triggering a debris explosion.
