AMD posted Q1 2026 revenue of $10.25B with GAAP gross margin of 53% (55% non-GAAP) and GAAP net income of $1.38B; Data Center revenue reached about $5.78B, up 57% year-over-year, driven by EPYC CPUs and Instinct GPUs as AI workloads ramp. Client & Gaming and Embedded contributed as well, with non-GAAP EPS of $1.37 and non-GAAP net income around $2.27B. The company guided Q2 revenue near $11.2B (plus/minus $300M) and reported record quarterly free cash flow, supported by expanding collaborations with Meta, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Tencent to accelerate AI deployments.
