Samsung’s Galaxy Glasses target July launch with AI-first features at $400
Samsung reportedly plans to launch its first-gen Galaxy Glasses (codenamed Jinju) in July 2026 for about $400. The AI-powered smart glasses prioritize practical, hands-free use over AR visuals, featuring voice control, real-time translation, environmental awareness, built-in audio, a 12MP Sony camera, and navigation, all in a ≈50 g frame powered by Android XR and Gemini AI with a 155 mAh battery. The design is in collaboration with Warby Parker and Gentle Monster, and a higher-end micro-LED display model is teased for 2027, with the launch expected alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 8 lineup.
