Stallone Confesses to Steroid Cycles and Bulimia in Rocky III Era
Sylvester Stallone has publicly admitted to using anabolic steroids and developing bulimia while preparing for Rocky III. In a recent interview, the 80-year-old actor described reaching 2.6% body fat through a 'masochistic' regimen that included six-week steroid cycles. He stated that these extreme measures caused severe long-term physical damage, including multiple surgeries, but noted that his relationship with his body only shifted when he played a heavier character in Cop Land. The disclosures accompany the release of his new memoir, The Steps.
