
Global coalition plots operational plan to reopen Strait of Hormuz
More than 30 countries will gather in London to translate political support into concrete operational plans for a future mission to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, led by the UK and France. The discussions will cover military capabilities, command structures, and deployment logistics, with activation contingent on a sustainable ceasefire, aiming to safeguard shipping and mitigate oil-disruption risks as diplomacy shifts toward practical military coordination.
