Alphabet’s AI-Bond Bonanza: $115B in Orders Signals Fresh Demand
Alphabet Inc.’s latest jumbo bond offering attracted about $115 billion in orders, more than four times the anticipated $25 billion size, signaling renewed investor appetite for AI-linked debt after a recent selloff. The deal is being run by Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley, and it includes relatively generous concession terms to lure buyers, outpacing AI bond offerings from peers like Amazon and SpaceX.
