Five killed in Forest Grove-area killings; suspect Parker dies by self-inflicted gunshot
Five people and five animals were found dead at a rural Forest Grove-area property after a neighbor reported a vehicle fire on Aug. 22. Investigators say Stella Kimsey’s boyfriend, Benjamin Parker, was the suspect; he died by a self-inflicted gunshot in a pickup near Enumclaw, Washington. The victims were Stella Kimsey, Rowan Kimsey, Mary Kimsey, Linsey Haraldsen, and Alvin Chu, killed in a sequence as Parker set fires and fled. A five-count first-degree murder arrest warrant was issued; authorities say forensic work will continue for months as families remember the victims.
