AdventHealth and Intermountain Health form Denver-area hospital joint venture
AdventHealth and Intermountain Health announced a letter of intent to form a joint venture that would combine AdventHealth’s five Denver-area hospitals with three of Intermountain’s Denver-area hospitals, with AdventHealth taking over management of Intermountain’s Good Samaritan Hospital (Lafayette), Lutheran Hospital (Wheat Ridge), and Platte Valley Hospital (Brighton). The deal would include affiliated physician practices, clinics, and AdventHealth’s freestanding ERs and urgent cares, though the future name and potential staff consolidations remain undecided.
