Putin has ordered the Russian military to develop new offensive plans to capture Kyiv, including potential strikes from Belarus and Bryansk, according to Ukraine’s commander-in-chief Oleksandr Syrskyi. The report comes as Kyiv says it struck a Moscow-area satellite centre used for reconnaissance, underscoring the ongoing intensity of the war around the Ukrainian capital.
