Ukrainian Robots Clear 30 km of Mines in Two Nights During Operation Vivaldi
Ukrainian ground robots cleared 30 kilometers of routes in the Shandryholove sector in two nights during Operation Vivaldi, a task that would have taken human sappers a week. Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi stated that the Third Army Corps uses these systems to neutralize 60% of anti-personnel mines and support assault operations without sapper losses. The corps also employs robots for remote mining, frontline logistics, and evacuating wounded troops. This robotic deployment follows the recapture of Shandryholove, Derylove, and Drobysheve, contributing to the retaking of 125 square kilometers in the northern Donetsk region.
