Traders have wiped out the last fully priced 2026 Fed rate cut after the Fed left rates at 3.50%-3.75% and maintained the path of only a single 2026 cut in its projections; oil prices surged on Middle East tensions, fueling stagflation fears and leaving markets more hawkish with about 6% odds of a rate hike, as US2Y yields climbed to a seven-month high.
