Bonn researchers reverse 60 years of cellular aging in blood cells
German scientists have successfully reprogrammed human blood cells into neural stem cells, reversing their molecular age by over 60 years. This direct conversion method bypasses traditional embryonic stages, allowing researchers to track gradual rejuvenation over 100 days and potentially develop new models for studying neurodegenerative diseases.
